We went in prepared as we had already seen the vehicle in the lot and online. The staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The truck was parked in our driveway within 3 hours including a test drive of about an hour.
If you go in prepared, knowing what in stock vehicle you want, and financials in order, I can't see you having any trouble based on our experience.
I've dealt with many of the dealerships in town and this was the the most painless experience thus far.
Would recommend to a friend.
